Our loans are direct to patient loans. We do not pay the doctor and there is no waiting for the doctor’s office to receive paperwork or to send back confirmations.
In order for you to receive your money within 24 hours you must call us upon approval and speak with a loan consultant. Our loan consultant will email you loan documents to e-sign and send back. Your funds will be released the next day via ACH into your account.
If you do not call us after you are approved, a loan consultant will typically call you within the next 24 hours, Monday through Friday between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM Pacific Time.
