Some women who ask for a labiaplasty feel that this will enhance or make achieving orgasms easier. For a woman who has never had an orgasm with intercourse, it is probably unlikely that having a labiaplasty will improve the likelihood of achieving an orgasm.

In general, labial tissue plays a very small role in either enhancing or increasing the likelihood of achieving an orgasm, especially with a woman who has never achieved an orgasm, other than with external stimulation.
